I am quite certain that the vibration notification upon receiving an email or text has greatly diminished in 1.1. Having the Pre sitting on my lap I can barely feel the vibration and it only last for a fraction of a second.

It wasn't like this on 1.0.4, was it?

    Have others noticed this?

I did a search, but apologies if this has a thread already.

    TIA,

    Mark

Ya it is and I'm still torqued about the notification alert sound. Took it into BB today and said listen to this.. He said listen to what. He couldnt hear it either and it was even out of its holster and yes the volume what all the way up..

I can't hear it as well. WTF! Do I really have to Homebrew to fix this stupid thing they did in the upgrade?

IMO it was always weak but the update did seem to make it worst

I wish they hadn't adjusted the vibration duration. It was perfect the first time. The notification sound was great too. The new mellower sound doesn't quite cut it.

I am with ya'll! I am very unhappy after the webOS 1.1 update. It has completely jacked up my phone.
