Sorry that this could be repeated question, but how would you know the price of apps in the appcatalog?

This is a common question, but I know it can be hard to find answers...

Right now, the app catalog only has free apps. The exceptions, like Classic and Connect4, are demos. The individual companies are doing their own billing. Unless the description says the price, you'll need to go to the developer's web site to find out.

In the future, the app catalog is expected to include "for pay" items and is rumored to allow you to pay through the catalog.

Until then, read the description to see if there is a charge.

No one knows for sure, but I think it's safe to say that you will not be tricked into a payment. I'm sure there will be a confirmation button.
