    Oups, sorry...

    Some words about Program:

Itís a simple way to set-up FollowUp Reminders after a Phone Call or Email, SMS, ect by giving you a quick launch menu of actions to choose from; [Meet, Call, Email, SMS, Follow up, or Custom ToDo] saved in Calendar or as aTask.

+ Store follow up reminders into Calendar or ToDo tasks
    + 6 customizable reminder profiles
+ FollowUp action dialog after call
+ FollowUp action for email, sms, phone call and contact
+ Smart time choice for the new event
+ Every contact can have own timezone settings
+ Every contact can have own business hours settings
+ Auto detect time zone of contact by phone number
+ Automatic time correction corresponding by contact business time

Reminders can be set up with just a couple clicks of you thumb and the application will automatically determine a reasonable time to call by their phone number country/area code. Although this must first be configured by the user. Which isnít a difficult process. Each time you set-up a reminder you can set that individuals Timezone.

When setting up a FollowUp youíll be prompted to first choose either Quick Template or Follow Up Action (weíll get into Templates next) so choose Follow Up Action now, this will launch the 6 options Meet, Call, Email, SMS, Follow up, & Custom ToDo. Pick any one and your prompted to choose a time threshold; After 10 min ASAP, Today, Tomorrow, Next Business Day, Next Week. Some of these will let you next choose a time or ie 1 hour, 2 hours ect. The last choice is to save as either a Calendar appointment or Task. Depending on personal preference. Once your inside the FollowUp Note this is where youíll store the info youíll see once it comes back to remind you. So fill out Location, Contact info will auto populate, choose Timezone, set the beginning/end of the Event time, change the reminder thres hold if you need too. Choose Private if you prefer. You may show your time as; Free, Tentative, Busy or Out of office. And your able to choose as many Attendees as you like. Just begin typing a name in and FollowUp will do the rest. The last option to fill out is Notes. You can write anything/everything you need to remember or add such as directions, a recipe, descriptions ect.

Quick Templates are created in the application settings menu and are basically pre-written FollowUps.
