How to get info of contact?

I'm a newbie on Webos development,
Can anyone shows a sample how to get data from contact DB?

for example, I want to get all contacts' name with aniversary date.

Can get data like mysql method? like this: Select A from B_database where C=100....

You've got to be really goo with sql to figure out the schema in the palmdatabase.db

And they stop using that file in webOS 2.0 and up...

If it were me, I'd export my contacts to a .csv file and use that for such an effort. And since I still sync my contacts with Outlook, I'd just export from Outlook on my PC. If you want to export them from your phone, there is a patch for that in Preware.

No. I just want to develope an app to show certain info fo contacts.
