I was going through the process of submitting an app and was wondering if I really have to go through the process of making my company incorporated. thats like 500 bucks right?

If you dont understand what im talking about its the part call tax and legal, and wants you to put: Copyright, 2010 mycompany, inc.

Then when you go through the checklist it says something like is you copyright information correct and complete?

So does my company need to be incorporated to submit an app or is it ok to put my companyname, inc.

Just remember that in the US you have to pay estimated taxes if your app does well
Apps: MyQ for Netflix (Phone/TouchPad), Giantbomb (Phone), Excavate (Reddit/Digg clients for TouchPad)
