Hi Guys, have not been on the site for a while and was just wondering if anyone had any news or info on when we are likely to have proxy support in WebOS. The lack of this basic feature on a high end phone is absoluelty ridiculous and I assumed that this would have been addressed by now.
As I spend most of my waking hours at work, not being able to use the wireless network is more than an inconvenience.

    Cheers all,

    Stu.

how has Palm not addressed this yet?

is it really that hard to implement? or do they think users are just too unsophisticated to use it?

No help, but just adding my voice of frustration. I can connect to my corporate secure wifi, but I can only connect to exchange. I can't get to any other web sites, 'cause I can't configure auto proxy access. Yet, on my iTouch, it's just fine.

    Uggh! Paaalm!

    Maybe in webOS 2.0.
