    Hi,

I have made a small application using WebOS SDK for my friend.
I tested the application on the Emulator, since i do not have the phone itself.
I can send the .ipk file to my friend and ask him to set the phone in Developer mode. Is it necessary that he also has Web OS SDK on his desktop to install and launch the application on his Palm Pre mobile to test.

Is there any other alternative to install and launch the application on Palm Pre than to write the following command: palm-install -d usb <pathofipkfile>
    palm-install -d usb <pathofipkfile>

It should be no problem to install the ipk with WebosQuickInstall
