    Hello,

    I have a problem with listselector. Is there a way the get the value without using selectorchange() function?

    I've tried this

    abc = this.selectorModel.value;
    but i don't get anything in abc

    Thanks for answers!

    are you just looking for the current value to place into a variable? otherwise why would you want to side-step the selectorchange()?

    using something like this to set up the listselector:

    Code:
    this.musicselectorsModel = {currentStatus: 0};
    this.controller.setupWidget('musicSelector', {label: $L('Button'), choices: this.statuses, modelProperty:'currentStatus'}, this.musicselectorsModel);
    this should give you the current status:

    Code:
    this.musicselectorsModel.currentStatus
