I'd like to do some development for the Pre, I hear that you can program for it in HTML and CSS, both of which I know. I want to know how to get started developing. Where are the programs I should download, what should I do?

HTML and CSS are for display, they aren't really programming languages.

JavaScript is what you need to know.

Check out the sample apps that came with the SDK. They are chock full of code, samples, and stuff you can actually copy and use. I spent hours one day going over the Style Matters app, and have been looking at the News app to learn about multi-stage apps.

Thanks for the tip, I work design mostly anyways, I can get someone else to do the coding, though the game I want to program requires very little coding.
