    the popular mobile hot spot app for webos seems to have the 'service' disabled in version 1.4, any feedback on this would be appreciated.

    apparently...the mhs was broken because of the update...but i was reading in the other posts that the initial ipk can be extracted from the webos doctor for verizon...if i knew how to do it, i would of been hard @ work lol

    I just pulled it out of the VZW 1.4 WebOSDoc

    tried to install the ipk using WOSQI, no luck so far....still hacking away at it, will post more when I figure out more..

    Check the postinst for why it's not installing....

    But even still, you get an error that you need a sharing plan for mobile hotspot to work, even with the auto IP forwarding patch and freetetherd.
