    all you do is run it then it will ask you to either pick the web doctor you want to use or ask you to download the correct web doctor then it will run . when it finds an issue it will give you an option tofix all or just fix that issue or skip the issue i would pick the fix all and just sit back and watch. it will not mess up your phone at all and it deletes nothing at all

    Problem, is if i hit the fix all option, it will definitely restore my customized scrims and images to the default. Those took me hours and a little bit of luck to get them right...(Thanks for taking your time out to help me by the way)

    Thanks for the help! The Virtual Keyboard is working fine now.

    @Dabigappledadon

    Have you tried running OBSOLETE virtual keyboard from preware? This program runs once then uninstalls itself. Also just to be clear the folder in USB mode that needs to be deleted is "virtual-keyboard".

    Patches and WebOS updates just dont go together. I have had to use the OS doctor after everyupdate to get everything working again...

    Guess thats what I get for rooting my Pre...

    I too wish I had seen this posting a couple days ago. I tried almost everything else posted except completely wiping the phone. I even emailed Eric (no Reply). I was about ready to get rid of the phone and go back to Droid. Your advise worked with little to no effort. For that my hat is off to you!!!
