    Has anyone had trouble trying to submit their app to Palm? I keep getting the following error:

    700 : Please check that the application version and package ID in your file match the information in the appinfo.json.

    My filename is:
    com.nathanlowhorn.todoclassic_0.3.0_all.ipk

    I can't see any problems in the appinfo.json.

    Any suggestions??

    Thanks!

    there system does have some bugs. do you have a handler at palm? i would talk to them. i tried submitting an app, the name was rejected, and i couldn't change the name of the app in their system. i had to pay another $50 and create a new application. the handler will work with the engineers to diagnose the problem.

    oh, and make sure your appinfo.json file says the following for the version:

    "version": "0.3.0"

    Thanks for the quick reply. I do not have a handler....how would I go about getting one? Sounds quite helpful.

    I've stared at the appinfo.json a good bit. It certainly has the correct version line. I also added additional info for the .pushAppSupportInfoScene method to work. Maybe since that's a bit newer the system doesn't like it?

    I'm having the same problem (project built using Ares)... Care to shed some light on what you fixed?

    Gladly. I'm copying my current/working appinfo.json below. First, I noticed that I had a lot of extra spaces and a line break before the email address. I bumped that up so it looks like it does now. Then I realized that I was missing one of the 4 closing brackets at the end. After that, all worked fine. Hope you get it working!
