Is it an aspiration of the webOS internals group to ultimately have this great piece of code called PREWARE available in the official App Catalogue?

I *just* installed Preware (I've had my phone since launch). INCREDIBLE :P

An app to get the ball rolling would surely put it in the hands if the masses. But don't we have to uninstall patches whenever there is a Palm update? That could cause problems for the casual user.

Nice. So, since I just installed my first patches tonight I should be fine, correct?

As long as they were installed through Preware, yes, you should be fine. I'm not sure if the patches have been updated here on the forum.
