Default APP REQUEST: Datalogger (iPhone)

I'd love a program similar to this one for the iPhone:
pachube.apps | Data Logger | connecting environments, patching the planet

Quote:
Data Logger for iPhone enables you to store and graph any data of your choosing along with a timestamp and geolocation. You might use Data Logger to store electricity meter readings, to create maps of pollution or temperature sensor readings around your neighbourhood, or animal sightings around the city. You can also set up custom data feeds, with user-defined min and max values, tags, description and units

Doesn't seem to be much interest in this. I wrote to the developer asking about the possibilities of a WebOS version and just heard back that they have no plans at the moment. He or she did note that someone in the Pre community might be able to build something since their API is relatively straightforward. You can find the documentation here -- API Documentation | pachube.community

Anyone interested in taking this on? I'd be willing to put up a reward.
