    it would be dope if somebody could make a patch or app to make the pre compatible for my ps3 250 gig. As a mass storage drive. Or whatever

    I don't know what all would be necessary for this (don't have a PS), but I am guessing you would need to patch the code that handles the charge, usb, media options to always show it so you could choose USB. That would no doubt cause trouble if you were only charging the phone and you accidentally clicked USB drive.

    Regardless, it sounds interesting.

    the other day I tried to copy a picture to my PS3 and the PS3 didn't recognize it was plugged in.

    ps3 only recognizes drives that are formated in FAT32 file system

    Yes, and from my knowledge there is no way to re-format the Pre's file system to FAT32, and even if you could, chances are that a simple patch couldn't achieve it.
