We might be interested in developing this. We already have an Audio app for streaming from a site. It's called DigiScanner.

Since the site now appears to have mp3s streams available, what is it you are looking for in an app?

The shows on the internet archive shows are 'streamed' via a .m3u file that contains the urls for each track. The webOS streaming music player will read the .m3u file, but only play the first track.
