I have a customers Pre which is stuck on the boot logo, I wonder if there are some keys I can hold in order to put the phone in some kind of boot mode or bootie as the driver says in order to make WebOS doctor recognize the phone. I hope it's not confusing.

I don't know if the process above works, but my method has been:

    -Remove battery
    -Hold Volume Up button
    -Insert battery
    -Plug in USB plug
    -Let go of volume button

The screen should display a USB icon over the entire screen.

If I helped you or you have downloaded one of my files,
then least you could do is click the "Thanks" button.

this works most of the time. i had to restore a pre that would not go to usb mode unless you did it as I stated above. If i didn't it would just stay at the palm logo (without blinking)

I love this forum, thanks to all

No profits here, it's technically a client at work who ran the 1.2.1 update on his stock Pre and he found out that I know how to use one so he assumed I could help fix it.

I was just joking about the profit. Glad it worked!

I figured out how to do that because I work in a sprint Store and they sent us a Demo Pre that wouldn't power on out of the box... Just stayed at the Palm screen (without pulsating) just like yours. After about 10 minutes of searching I found those instructions. Glad it helped
