    hi,

After re-applying optiware, when i try sshing into my pre i get the following:

RSA host key for [xxx.xxx.xx.x]:222 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
    Host key verification failed.

How do i fix this? I got the ip using what is my ip.

    *EDIT*
Here is the complete error message. I replaced my personal info with XXXXs:

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
    XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /Users/XXXXXXX/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
    Offending key in /Users/XXXXX/.ssh/known_hosts:5
RSA host key for [XXXXXXXXXX]:222 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
    Host key verification failed.

No need to uninstall anything. Simply edit the file /Users/XXXXX/.ssh/known_hosts and delete the line that starts with the IP address and/or hostname of the Pre. It will re-add it the next time you connect.

Alternatively, you can just delete the known_hosts file if you really want (or if the Pre is the only entry in the file.)
