Having problem installing webOS SDK to Windows 7!!

I just upgraded to Windows 7 from vista and have been trying to install Palm SDK onto it, but a few seconds into the installation, the changes roll back and I get a finish installation screen with message:

"The wizard was interrupted before Palm SDK could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installtion at another time, please run setup again."

It was running just fine on Vista before upgrade. I have installed Java 6 and VirtualBox 3.0.4. Anyone else going thru rough waters of Windows upgrade.
