I originally blamed it on developer in compatibility... But I just installed like 10 programs and I can't uninstall any of them through the GUI.

    I installed them the following:

    SSH in
    Sudo -i
    Cd /tmp
    Ipkg-opt install http://locationwhereistoremyipks

    So, why doesn't that work?

You should replace your fourth line with this:

    ipkg -o /var install <url>

Of course you replace "<url>" with the actual URL to the IPK file. This will install the app to the proper directory so that you can remove it from the GUI. To uninstall the other 10 programs that you installed with the previous method, try this:

    ipkg remove com.handson.app.nascar

Of course you replace the "com.handson.app.nascar" with the name of the install folder of the app you wanna install. For example, you might want to remove the Homebrew Solitaire app so you would execute the following command:

    ipkg remove com.tj.solitaire
