After a few hours in the wiki, I finally got the wallswitcher.sh and cron working! I set it to change every 15 minutes and it seems to be working.

My question is, does anyone know if the wallpaper can be switched after the phone goes to "sleep" instead of on a timer? I'd rather just see a new wallpaper each time I open up the phone.

I really don't know anything about cron, so I don't even know if this will still use that feature, but I'm really enjoying learning this stuff!

Thanks for any help in advance!

I agree - that would be a really neat feature to have!

I did what it said in this thread, post # 14.

It works nicely, but at the same time, I notice that it's the same wallpaper from when I go to bed to when I wake up...nothing horrible as it will change later.

I just think the change after sleeping would be nice...guess it's not possible, or nobody else really thinks it's a good enough idea to spend time trying to figure out.
