    Been wondering what "distro" is the Linux core based on?
    Or did Palm create their own?

    I'd assume:
    They cooked up their own using the 2.6.24 kernel(?).

    Well, technically it isn't a Debian distro (tho it may have some Debianisms in it *grin*), but their own custom one using the ipkg package manager (I don't have enough posts, so remove the spaces below):
