I noticed any time I vi into a file on the Pre after the 1.0.3 update it has an ^M at the end of everyline where a carriage return would be. Any ideas how to turn this off?

A bump after 44 minutes? What if you try set: nolist in command mode?

    ^M _IS_ a carriage return.

    However:

    :%s/^M//g

    will remove them in vi.

    (to type ^M, do Ctrl+V then Ctrl+M)

I've only ran into that with files which were edited in windows, it saves them as CRLF instead of just LF which linux is expecting. So you have to remove the carriage return, leaving only the line feed.
