    I don't have hosting but what I did was enable developer mode with the above code.

    I then connected my phone to my pc via USB and connected it as USB Drive.

    I then ran the .jar file and ran the install. It rebooted the phone and starting downloading stuff.

    Those are the PC equivs of the Novacom Installer for OS X under /resources. Running the .jar will reset the phone, yes.
