(Request) need lsdiff and gnu patch

i know that i can download them from preware or wosqi but my delema is that right now im in afghanistan and i have no mobile or wireless internet and i cant use wosqi on the public computers because i cant install the novacom drivers and therefore it wont recognize the phone and wont work because its idotic and needs to see a phone for some stupid reason even to just download which makes no sense

so anyway can someone please post the ipks for lsdiff and gnupatch
