- Villo Chat Scroller now only snaps to bottom if already at the bottom

Wild'n Video Poker HD v1.0.3 for HP TouchPad submitted for review
- Scales up to TouchPad
- Added back button to game screen
- Added bet button to sub menu screen

- Identical to Pre version, with the exception of uiRevision: 2

I would have liked to include TouchPad support in my original submission, but alas the App Portal forces all apps with uiRevision: 2 to have a minimum webOS version of 3.0 or later, even though it works fine on all devices.

The TouchPad version includes a few high res images, for now. I will begin the transformation to all high resolution images. The Pre version and the TouchPad version are both identical with the exception of uiRevision: 2. The changes under the hood allow scaling of every single image, on the fly, using HTML dynamic image scaling. Soon, both versions of Wild'n Video Poker will include high resolution images.
