Does anyone know where I can obtain a download link to Photo Effects Pro. The app is show in the following pages:
Photo Effects Pro | webOS Nation
Photo Effects Pro | Rusty Apps

I can't access the install file download link

Is this a problem with my host file settings again? I've made the changes to my host file as described in the following post? Do I need to do more?

To my knowledge there has never been a HOSTS file fix to resurrect the HP/Palm app catalog, so I don't think you're missing anything there.
For that particular app, the terms of service state "Due to current limitations of webOS, all photo processing must be done on our web servers. Your photo will be uploaded to our servers, processed, and then downloaded back to your phone."
So even if you get an IPK for the app, there will be a question of whether Rusty Apps is still operating the server-side processing...

EDIT: My bad, the server-side processing was for the earlier, non-Pro version. I can't help you with an IPK, but if you get one it may work!

I just emailed the developers to see if they'll send me the IPK

The ipk is in my share. You should donate to them if you can.
