Is the backgrounds app not working on the Pre3? It had some really funny pics...alternatives?

Couldn't find any "Wall Switch" so I installed "Fantastic Wallpaper", it's kind of similar to Backgrounds (same style) but pics are not remotely as accurate/pertinent/funny and browsing is not immediate.
