Has anyone found a solution to the Facebook error AcctMgr_Authentication_Bad_Request?

It is not my password entered wrong because I get "The username or password is incorrect. Try again." when I use the wrong password.

I have unchecked "Require me to enter a security code each time an unrecognized computer or device tries to access my account" on my Facebook account.

I have tried uninstalling and re installing the Facebook app.

I have tried adding it to contacts or photos but I get the message "Login failed." I also tried it from these with an incorrect password and I get "The username or password is incorrect. Try again." so it must be validating the username and password.

Is there a 3rd party app that would work?

I don't want to wipe the phone and re add everything just to get Facebook working.
