I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...

Anyone play the Duke Nuken port? I remember that game from when I was a kid, first online multiplayer game I ever played... been thinking about getting it too.

I picked up UberRadio, (dev was really helpful today with one of his patches)
    TravelGuidePro,
    MapToolPro,
    IAmA Reddit,
    BooKoo's,
Send to webOs ( screen shots indicates similar to the free site2phone, but with the ability to do more than just webpages),
    Herbs,
    Garden Bugs HD,
    Audubon Wildflowers,
    and Music Player (Remix)

*sigh* Now if I could only get Graphite. I know they discontinued development, but I'm still want it. I use tweed daily on my veer with no problems. I have their carbon app too but I prefer the color scheme of tweed.

I just bought only a few apps, today.....BooKoo, DataJog, some astraware titles, preware documentation, a few more games and music remix. Just wished that there could more WebOS games and a decent browser like in Android tablets like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

I have WOSQI & Preware Doc.
Send to webOS (AKA DataJog) is too cool. I already have it so didn't add it to my list from today.

I managed to pick up six apps by still active developers on 06/06. Before you superstitious types get too worried, I'd have bought more, but I already had most of them. Besides, the antichrist has already come and gone. I heard he found work in France though.

    I bought e-notes
    sparrow
    bookoo
    astraware casino.

couldn't find more- because I've been purchasing apps all along.

I hope this event was a success- hopefully webosinternals and devs benefited somewhat.

as always, this community rocks and is the sole reason why I continue to come to the site. Hopefully those buttheads at HP can wake up and realize the full potential of webOS, or some other more innovative company can save the OS.

Thanks again, and hope to see you all next year!

I bought solely on the recommendations in this thread (seriously, I haven't been on these fora in months). Now, I gotta set aside some time to figure out what it does.

Sorry that kind of made me laugh.... You can use your work computer to shop around for apps at work, but they won't let you use your TouchPad or phone to do the exact same thing?

Or maybe you just "forgot" to bring them to work today?
yup sledge forgot to bring to work today/yesterday, usually using my Pre- for games and music now on the metro(moved to the Galaxy Nexus on sprint) and my Touchpad is at home next to my bed, probably dead now, cause the Touchstone is here at work.

I usually turn around and grab em if/when I forget them at home. Pretty rare occurance, but at 4AM, it's easy for me to spin around, without losing too much time

It's great to hear SmartKidsOnTheRun, that you will continue to support this dying platform with more projects to develop apps for it. I'm happy to hear, you will continue to bring apps for the WebOS platform. Seriously, I'm will be looking forward for your future app projects, will like to see DataJog but instead (MusicJog) for transferring music files directly from your WebOS phones to the TouchPad(hating that I have to plug it into USB mode). Not that I'm implying an app like that, but it would be cool too, just putting ideas out there......

and pretty much any file that is in media/internal....both directions...would be optimal

Agreed, I need to pick up a couple more, maybe this weekend. Haven't had time to play with what I bought, yesterday was crazy and didn't even get to setup my TS to try out Flixi yesterday.
