I got the following 2 errors in Chinese while registering? What do they mean? I tried to let it write to the logfile, but it doesn't write the Chinese characters properly, so I cannot put it in Google Translate

On the website, foreign numbers don't work properly.

    +49 15772 4x xx xx for example

I tried selecting +49 in first field

Then in 2nd field I put 15772 4x xx xx or 015772 4x xx xx

    I get the following errors:
    手机号码格式不对

    号码不合法

It's not necessary to change them to 1 for all these countries. Technically it would just as well with 1809 as with 1! 1809 would be more logical, because normally you wouldn't put your international number, but your national number. Needing it to prefix with 809 is not very logical in my view.

The app/server should take care of it after all!

The problem seems to be in the sending of the confirmation code by SMS in general. It worked 1-2 days ago, but now doesn't seem to work anymore.

I still have a problem with my girlfriend's number for registration in the app, I sent it the number to Tsung. Since sometime yesterday international numbers don't seem to get confirmation SMS anymore (it worked fine for my 2 NL number +31 and I know 1 Greek guy with +30 for which it worked fine too). It seems that since 1 day or so the SMS with confirmation code to international numbers doesn't work anymore?

There is a problem with the registration SMS, nothing wrong with the numbers! I have the same problem now, while it worked fine before. MOMO team is working on it!

do not pretend to disagree with you, but if I use canada or united stated as a prefix.
I get the message after 5 minutes.

    There are 2 problems:

    1. Previous version problem with numberplan.
    2. Current problem (no SMS gets send to international numbers at all).

1st one is fixed, doesn't matter 1 or 1809 in general.

2nd one is not working now, so you cannot test if 1st one is fixed

Really strange, because theoretically it shouldn't make a difference when it's 1890 0000000 or 1 8900000000, but then again I don't know how MOMO handles the registration at their end. I would expect them to concatenate both fields and send SMS but maybe they apply a different logic?
