The first level, from day one, was jittery, and slow. And, in order to fix that, Gameloft "sped-up" everything, making it, uncomfortable to play it.

    Waste of a dollar.

They should have left the touchpad alone and given some love to the PrPrPr&#$275$; $3$.

IMO the iPad version is even faster than the TouchPad version. I can't tell whether that's because of optimization on the iPad or they actually sped things up further.

As for multiplayer, the odd thing is all the maps and probably most of the code is there. If you unpack the various .gla files (requires decryption, which took me quite a while to figure out), you can see the level files are there, multiplayer textures are there IIRC, and a whole bunch of references to multiplayer in the scripts (segmented Lua) in the compiled menu maps. The question now is would anyone figure out the various formats in the game and try to enable multiplayer?

If you want to call Gameloft lazy, this isn't the worst. N.O.V.A 1 isn't a available on the TouchPad because they had "business reasons" not to add about 20 bytes of manifest. Plus some people on iOS say that they experience intro loops that prevent them from even seeing the menu.

Then you're gonna go nowhere but low performance demanded games.
