I have searched but to no avail.
Is there a way to have the Touchpad Email app only download/display emails in TEXT only mode?
I have a mobile 3g hotspot with 500 mb per month allowance. Therefore I only want to download / view the text only email and not the bandwidth stealing graphics.
I am using Gmail with both POP and IMAP settings in my GMail online account.
    Any help would be appreciated.

On a similar note, is there a way to download only the email headers (sender/subject)?
When traveling overseas the $25/MB can be deadly!

In general, IMAP is operating that way - only messages opened for reading are downloaded. I do not know if WebOS implementation of IMAP does it correctly (there are too many variants allowed), but it is worth experimenting with. Set up your incoming protocol for IMAP.
