    Is there a wifi detectionapp from the homebrew crowd? Something like WiFi Analyzer for the iPhone (jailbroken that is).

    When you open the WiFi app and turn on WiFi it shows you the networks it can detect. That's all there is for now.

    not right now the only way is to check the router or access point for what speed the client is

    for example I am at mcs7 since this is802.11n and only 1 spatial stream that's the max you will get
