I presume this is about the Pre 3, right? So when is it being released, where and for how much? Also, can someone please confirm what the 3G bands are going to be on the 'non' US Pre 3. Are we ever going to get a webOS phone that a person can use for 3G in the US and elsewhere too?
    Pre3 (AT&T meta-doctored to ROW) webOS 2.2.4 build 3175
    TouchPad WiFi (32GB) - webOS 3.0.5 build 86

I'm glad to see the August edition of Pivot when I opened the app store this morning, and on top of that it seems to be a localised edition with no 'N/A' apps on review. Bravo HP! :-)

Where's HP Movie Store and the new NFS?
viewster is the moviestore for non-us touchpad users.... I wouldnt get your hopes up about it.. IMHO it is a real disappointing app, at least until they provide an update with more content (there is a separate post on the forum where viewster devs have provided some info) but at the moment all the films seem to be from the 1940's-1970's! nothing really watchable.

    Pivot is localised by country.

The US Pre 3 (CDMA+UMTS) will be a world-phone (and will be unlocked asap).
Unfortunately it will only have non AT&T UMTS bands, therefore it is not truly a "world phone". I suppose the idea is that in the US it is only usable with Verizon (CDMA) and GSM/UMTS for outside the US.

Yes, for when I travel to the US. Currently the Pre+ I have does 3G in the US, but not in India. With the Pre 3, it will be the other way around, since I will be getting the European version for the 3G in India.
