I am considering getting a Touchpad, and selling my iPad 1.

Is the Touchpad app store viewable outside of a Touchpad so I can see what is available??

    Thanks,

    Greg

    Sorry, but no.

You can view single apps, but not a searchable/browsable HP webOS app catalog.

I suggest you look for a demo unit somewhere and look into the catalog there.

But the Pivot was supposed to make up for losing the feeds (lol).

The demo units won't help because none of them can connect to the App Catalog. Pretty ridiculous that you won't be able to view any of the apps until you use a Touchpad with your own webos account.

I dont think Pivot was meant to replace the feeds, its meant to promote and educate but not replace the webfeeds.

It will be a real shame if the web feeds dont go back and a big mistake on HP's part. Theres no better way to defeat the arguments of the lack of apps than giving people a list of the apps we do have.
