Seems like the document editor on the Touchpad will be Google Docs.

You have access to google Docs using synergy but I am pretty sure OpenOffice is the doc editor.

    Edit: I did mean QuickOffice

I think that just means you can collaborate using Google Docs. Google Docs is a great way to collaborate with coworkers since multiple people can edit one document.

I don't think that means QuickOffice won't be there too. We've heard QuickOffice and it seems like there was a video of it from Vietnam early this week or last week also.

Quickoffice is the editor, Google Docs/Box.net are accessed through Quickoffice.

Guess the box.net is a cloud storage feature.

I have my hopes on the QuickOffice editable suite at ToucPad launch ,as announced on Feb 9. Prefer to work and store on the device than the cloud.
