First off, you can reach us directly at the email address listed on the support page of our application in the App Catalog. It's a quicker way to reach us as we don't always see these support requests.

Second off, WebOS does not include support for the Windows Media Audio (WMA) codec. The BBC streams in WMA. So, there's not much we can do about that right now. HP/Palm needs to add the WMA codec to the operating system in order for us to carry WMA streams like the BBC.

The BBC stream in AAC in UK. You can access the BBC streams through the UKRadio app. The Reciva app is due for release very soon. That can stream WMA (and therefore all BBC streams)
