This Tweet by Anotherguy got me thinking about "Business card apps" which could be useful for professionals including doctors.
It would be a nice way to share your practice website, contacts, tweets etc to other webOS users.

I am thinking of writing an app specifically to highlight Medical webOS apps since up until now HP Palm has not put a medical category in the App Catalog. I'll include my blog posts and tweets as well in the app.

    What do you guys think?

Not just my apps but all the medical webOS apps - description and install links.
But I may change my mind

Nice idea for developers to have an app which showcases your products, website, blog etc.

That may work for the free apps. May not be so good for the paid apps.

Well, it certainly wouldn't be hard to create -- You could create an app that acts as a launcher for your apps if they're installed and open the catalog if they're not. If they're all related to each other, I would think that it would be a good idea.

If they're not, I'm not sure it's all that useful. Plus, as mentioned, I would think the Vanity/Launcher app should be free with at least 1 free offering in the list of apps that could be launched.
