    Sure, but you could go the Meta Doctor way, couldn't you? Have the users with a certain version of Lemms somehow substitute some files?

    we made some subtle enhancements to the game since July 2010 last year - so, unless we spent some effort rebuilding the artwork/resources it wouldn't be possible. also, since we decided to go with a fresh look, new experience, we figured we would forget the past and focus on the new exciting caveman game instead.. now putting the old characters in the game (instead of cavemen) - thats simple.. one resource file should do that job *g*

    maybe a cool little hack to do later

    update submitted - changelog (v0.9.1)

    - compression: audio/sfx resources changed for startup improvement
    - more responsive for interactions during game play (no more double tap)
    - prevent ability to perform actions while the game is paused
    - history of level success - must unlock level before moving to next
    - level corrections - easy:11, easy:26
    - fix presentation of release rate on level selection screen
    - replay failed level, start at first incompleted level from menu

    thanks for all the great feedback from those who emailed me directly and/or comments via the review system on the app catalog. i forgot how tough this game can be *g*

    CAVEMAN - EASY (SOLUTIONS)

    we knew all levels are beatable - but just to prove it; check out these videos and the walk-through guides on how to solve the levels. a big warning about these - do not look at these if you want to figure out the game by yourself!

    now we have done these; we'll start working on finalizing the next 30 levels.. you should see us submitting an update within the week - so if you are considering this game, get it now. it is $1.99 - it will soon be $2.99 USD, all users get free updates.

    we are so excited about this game and love the feedback so far!

    update submitted: v0.9.2

    - slight correction for basher logic (stopping too early at times)
    - tweaking to Caveman selection/assignment (no more double assignment)
    - audio improvement: multiple similar sounds can be played at once
    - level corrections - easy:25
    - allow panning/scrolling while paused (no auto un-pause)
    - goal requirement shown on top game gave (out: x in: x - xx% req: xx%)
    - timewarp = level codes to jump to specific level
    - added options screen:
    -- specify action (can be used together)
    ---- assign tool to caveman by clicking on caveman (original logic)
    ---- assign tool to caveman by clicking on toolbar (alternative logic)
    -- support for user to "flip" the display (180 degree rotation)
    - +30 levels (MEDIUM SET) - yippee!

    thanks for all the comments/suggestions - we have a few more being integrated; but we wanted to get this massive update out - +30 levels and a lot of improvements, tweaking. we have also posted solution guides videos (for use as a last resort) at our website as well.. just to show the levels are possible to solve *g*

    it seems there are "easter bunny" problems with the submission process - i'll let you know when i hear from hp/palm when they sort this out. this surely would be a welcome update to everyone - lets hope they are not too festive over easter and can sort this out.

    When I initially installed 0.9.0, everything was working fine. Then I upgraded to 0.9.1, and the side to side scrolling stopped working properly. It jumps unexpectedly, and sometimes in the opposite direction that I am swiping. I just updated to 0.9.2 and still have the same problem.

    I have an AT&T Pre Plus running webOS 2.1.

    Looking forward to trying the new levels!

    mm.. thats weird - i will check it out.

    have you tried restarting your phone? just wondering what could be a potential cause for this. the iOS version uses exactly the same code, and no-one has reported any issues like this.. i hope it isn't unique to webOS; it shouldn't be - would love to track down the cause of the problem.. doesn't matter if it is in the OS or the game, you should have a great experience!

    we are planning to release a free demo - my phone was activated in sweden, now sitting in germany and i also have no access to paid applications.. super bummer.

    I don't seem to be able to quit the game without it forgetting how many levels I have completed. I have to start from the beginning again every time...
