Engadget posted a story about the Kobo Reader now having Borders Books and releasing a reader for iPhone and Android.

I don't understand why webOS wasn't mentioned. We've had Kobo for at least a month. There is a page labeled BordersBestSellers in the app.

Are they saying the addition of Borders is new?

I think I remember a post about this about a month ago and it was stated a WebOs version will be in the works.

I'm not sure if there's any difference. Looks like the selection and pricing is the same from the few I've checked. From what I understand, Shortcovers (Canada), Borders (USA), and an Australian company partnered to create Kobo. The basic system is one and the same, but they're branded and marketed by the individual companies (or something like that).
