I was wondering, with apps like Sports Live, Baseball Live, and others that can be set up to start at a self-scheduled time, do these "schedulers" cause the battery to die more quickly, or is this just a built-in function of WebOS, to all app startups to be scheduled?

    Thanks..

its a feature part of webOS, they are set via an 'alarm' that goes off at the set time/date. they really shouldnt effect battery life unless the interval is really short or they do alot during the firing of the alarm.
