    Hey,

    I got my 6th refurb pre a couple of days ago, but ever since then my app catalog hasnt been working. as soon as i open it and try to tap "what's new" it tells me "The action could not be completed. try again later". Any suggestions that anyone might have to fix something like this?

    time to get it's updates done and download all the apps before you try that

    Shoot an email over to pdc@palm.com, they actually want to know about this stuff. They are working to resolve the "cant download" issues and asked that all people experiencing this send the details of their device/carrier over to this email address.

    hmm i sent them an email but havent gotten any replies yet... any way i can do something to make it work?
