    Before I install the 1.4.1-1 update the App catalog showed a blank app (no title or image) that needed to be updated. When I click on it it says "Sorry action could not be completed". I figured the update would work but NOPE! Othere apps that are in the app catalog wont update either. Look around for similar threads but I seem to only have this trouble.

    Please save me Precentral!!!

    I'm having the same problem! Apps won't update either!

    Happened to a friend of mine on verizon. We did a App and Data erase and that fixed it under Device Info.

    I'm having the same issue. Is there another way to fix this, I don't want to lose my card ace info, saved $.

    Do a search. There are a few threads. Try blank app, or ghost app, or phantom app in the search

    Solution:

    From a terminal window, type the following commands:

    cd /var
    cd palm
    cd data
    cd com.palm.appInstallService
    rm installHistory.db
    press orange + SYM + R to reboot
