    i don't know if any of you would know, but i'm hoping.

    anyone have an idea when msn/windows live messenger is coming to webOS? it's the only IM i use and i was bummed to see my pixi plus didn't come with it.

    I don't think it will be any time soon.

    Have you looked at the Messenger Plugin? It lets you add an MSN account, Xfire, ICQ and loads more. It works really well

    There's also an app called IM+ in the App Catalog that lets you run WLM in the app. It works pretty well, apart from one or two strange UI quirks.

    Messenger Plugin so far does not support webos 1.4.

    IM+ receives very negative comments from the app store review, and does not support webos 1.4 yet.

    I have WebOS 1.4 and the Messenger plugin works fine for me.
    Nokia 1100 - Alcatel OT156A - Motorola C650 - Motorola v220i - Motorola V555 - The Great Motorola V360 - The Amazing Treo 650 - Treo 750 - Original Palm Pre (1.4.5) - Palm Pre2 (2.1) + Touchpad.

    Yea, I tried reinstalling the messenger plug-in after 1.4 & it got stuck at the Palm icon. I had to have the previous version installed to fix it.

    I got the pluggin also for Live messenger and it works fine... using it right now on my Pre.

    You can check the messaging plugins topics in the forums.
    Be sure that you install the correct version 2.1 or previous.
