Has anyone been able to get actual tech or customer support from Gameloft? When I have emailed them, I am just sent some pointless generic response; from some outsourced rep. Then they tell me to ask for help in their forum, where (Other Customers) will try and help me. Which it's insane that a company wants me to ask for help from their own customers; seeing as Gameloft should provide support for their own products.

So is there an email or phone number that will put me in contact with someone that speaks English?

Good luck - you got farther than I did. I didn't even get a generic e-mail reply; my e-mail was ignored altogether

I have never been able to reach customer care and it really got me peeved I can't believe that they think dead end customer care numbers and webpages limited to mobile phone platforms are acceptable. I have had a problem with one of their games for 6 weeks and cant get a single shred of help with it.

From what I hear, they don't really respond to people on other platforms, either.

I am trying to play but as it loads up it tells me I have a problem with my account. It has been 2 months now and still no luck. They have replied and said I use check my WiFi but that is not the problem the problem is with my account accordingly to the game and I can't open it so it seems that I will not be able to play anymore.

I am downloading data show this issue.A PROBLEM OCCURRED AND THE DOWNLOAD COULD NOT BE COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.DO YOU WANT RESTART THE DOWNLOAD.AN UNSTABLE NETWORK MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS WHEN DOWNLOADING....I don't know what can I do plzz help me
