    Great app, but occasionally when I open it from the card, I get an Error that says the data are not available.

    So far, the problem goes away when I close the app and re-open, but it makes me nervous--I have a lot of info stored in there.

    1. Anything I can do to avoid the error?
    2. Does the data get backed up every day on my profile?
    3. Will syncback backup the file and allow me to recover it if my phone crashes?
    4. If the developer is out there, are you aware of the problem and are you working on a fix?

    The data DOES NOT get backed
    up everyday with your profile.

    If you go to the help section
    by clicking on the tab it will
    tell you how to backup and
    restore your data. It requires
    you to hook up to your
    computer through. I have been
    talking with the developer
    about a more on the go backup
    solution and was told that they
    are working on future integration
    with google health. They did
    not specify when that would
    be though.

    As for the issue you are having,
    I personally have never seen
    that. I would suggest backing
    up your data, uninstalling the
    program, going onto the usb
    drive and deleting the folder
    for the program, resetting the
    phone, reinstall the software
    and then restoring your data.

    That is good to know. I've been thinking about picking up this app and I know I would put a ton of custom food (I like to cook fresh stuff) and some of the reviews I've seen in the App Catalog, people are saying that they lose their custom data. If you can really do a manual backup of the data that would be the selling point for me.
