I was playing scrabble the other night with the family, and thought it would be pretty cool to have a scrabble dictionary on the phone. A simple dictionary that is not a website.

This is going to be tough right now, because you can't send a preloaded DB to the phone. The accepted scrabble word list with definitions is around 4 Mb. Loading that into a DB will take 15-20 minutes on the Pre.
Your Pre wants Word Whirl from the App Catalog.

    It told me.

I would suggest you play more Word Whirl (pay version). I've come to realize that nearly every combination of letters makes a word! I've learned new words like "flarf" and "bloaf" and "floog" from playing Word Whirl!*

All kidding aside, I can't wait for the hinted at version of Word Whirl that included definitions. I don't know what half of these words mean!

*disclaimer - those aren't real words.
