Though I still stick with my original idea of PreQueue, what about something entirely different that still connects with what netflix is:

    RedEnvelope
    dvd2U
    DVDMe!

or, since you can use Netflix later in the name:

    GetMyNetflix!
    SendMeNetflix!
    QueueMyNetflix!

Netflix's policy has to do with making it clear they didn't write the app - they don't want users to call their support for the apps

PreQueue sounds good - also QueueFlicks or MyQueue

Luckily you can use the Netflix logo as the icon, so that helps.

As for streaming - the netflix api doesn't allow streaming - does allow managing the instant queue.

I would caution against Pre specific names. Your app will be around after the Pre is the only device and other device users will wonder why it is named weird.

What about ICQueue (I see queue)

Way too close to the (and I assume still copyrighted) IM cleint ICQ. (which, by the way, was to sound like for I-seek-you)

Yeah. I also typed out NFL (NetFlix Lister) but that that was going too far.

If I don't have a good answer, I at least try to find a funny one.

How about NQueue? I'd avoid FLICKS as the LI when read quickly can be misconstrued as a U.

You could also tap into the capabilities of InstantWatcher.com

RedEnvelope would be my vote, sounds like an expensive premium app.

No need to edit your instance Q if you can't turn around and watch it...
