Unknown App

I have an app in my software list named "Add Account". The version is 1.0 and size is 23MB. It does not list an owner and I did not download this. Has anyone seen this app in their software list? I would delete it but I don't know if it was part a legit ipk.

I have the same app.
I noticed it today. Cannot remember installing it. Did you find out what it is?
Have you installed Preware and some patches?
